No entry will be accepted after 15.04.2010 under any circumstances.

Entry Fee :           For Districts / Clubs Rs.200/-

Weight Class :           As per IBF rules, a Sub-Junior team may consist of a maximum  number of 10 boxers and Junior team may consist of a maximum number of 13 boxers (only 1 entry per wt. category) will be permitted.

No reserves are allowed.

All Boxers must have their Original birth Certificates Municipality or Education Board Mark Sheet or IBF Medical Book. Entry will be accepted on receipt of names (both boxers & officials) on the letter head of the affiliated Clubs / Districts duly signed by the President/Secretary. Photocopy of the original Birth Certificate must be sent with the entries in advance.

Weight Classification

Competition Format         : 3 rounds of 1.5 minutes, 1 minute rest between rounds.

Eligibility                           : Boxers born in the years 1994 and 1995 only are eligible.  Entries will be accepted on receipt of Entry by Number & entry by Name as per the enclosed format and duly signed by the President / Secretary of the affiliated District / Club.

Competition Format           : 3 rounds of 2 minutes, 1 minute rest between rounds.

Medical & Weigh-in : General weigh-in and medical examination of all boxers will be held at the venue from 0800 hrs. on April 17, 2010 and on subsequent days for those boxers who are drawn to Box.

Draw :     Draw will be held immediately on completion of the medical & weigh-in on April 17, 2010.

Boarding/Lodging :     Free board and unfurnished lodging will be provided to all boxers and team officials by the organisers from April 16 – 18, 2010.

Arrival particulars :     The organisers will have their reception booth at Youth Hostel, Race Course Stadium, Madurai.  All teams will duly be received on arrival receipt of prior intimation from the

Distrcits / Clubs to The Organizing Secretary only.

To select the Tamilnadu State Boxing Team for the 1^st Sub-Junior & 5^th Junior National Boxing Championship for Girls from 3^rd to 7^th May 2010 at V.O.C Park Stadium, Erode.
